Billy Mays In Da House
|
Are you totally aggravated by that bearded guy who screams about bad, cheap products in all those commercials?
Here's a clever parody that will at least make this annoying dude seem a lot more hipper than he is in real life. |

Uh, Sorry, Man, My Bad!
|
Construction and demolition workers have long battled the negative stereotype that assumes that they are all brawn and no brains.
However, a recent boneheaded incident that took place in Carrollton, Georgia, lends some credibility to that less-than-complimentary image.
When a local homeowner was contacted by someone who informed him that some workers had pulled down his entire 3 bedroom childhood home, he may have believed it was crazy and absurd, at the time. However, when he rushed to the area in question to find out for himself, he saw, in horror, that the caller had been right on the money with what he told him.
The whole house was, indeed, totally demolished by the overzealous crew, along with all the furniture, valuable heirlooms and other items it contained inside. The man's father built the home, according to him, so, it, of course, also had great sentimental value.
Apparently, there was a "mix up" and another house was supposed to have been bulldozed instead.
Wouldn't you think these folks would have been smart enough to check and make sure that they were going to destroy the right place?
My guess is that this dimwitted demolition company will soon be receiving a lawsuit notice.

A Bad Habit Is Hard to Break, But...
|
I certainly don't rejoice over anyone getting hurt or injured, but sometimes individuals contribute to their own misfortune in really...well..incredibly stupid ways.
Such was the case in a recent bizarre situation that occurred in Hong Kong.
A guy whose many years of smoking caused him to have a serious lung condition was, as expected, put on oxygen due to this, in order to assist him with his breathing. The oxygen tank was kept in his home, with all of the appropriate directions for its usage, which he should have followed carefully- right?- except that he neglected to pay attention to one extremely important warning...
NEVER SMOKE A CIGARETTE NEAR AN OXYGEN TANK!
DUH! Even the most ignorant buffoon knows that, but this dude decided that his need for a few puffs of nicotine sticks was more important than his personal safety. So, while using the oxygen ventilator, he decided to make the boneheaded decision to light up, with the tubes still sticking out of his nostrils.
The result? You guessed it. Serious burns to his face when the oxygen tank exploded.
The injured man was rushed to a hospital for treatment.
Think this was enough to break his smoking habit? |

You Go, Girlfriend!
|
Certainly, anybody would admit that former "Three's Company" actress Suzanne Somers looks might darned good for a babe of 62.
While one has to admire her sense of discipline, I don't know if most women would be up to the almost fanatic daily regimen required to keep her looking so great..
As though Oprah's show wasn't boring enough, Somers appeared as a guest on a recent segment, in which she outlined the everyday routine involved in staving off menopausal symptoms.
Unfortunately, we got to see the tedious steps she takes to maintain her AARP pin-up gal looks.
With cameras filming, she described, in more detail than we cared to know, how she gives herself daily hormone injections in her--er---"nether regions", and showed how she gulps down a boatload of supplements- 60 in total- each and every day.
The still beautiful sitcom actress says that she hopes these extreme treatments will keep her going strong until at least age of 110.
Somers has her critics, of course, as they consider her alternative methods to be questionable.
Still, the proof is in the pudding and, while her detractors look like Roseann Barr, Suzanne Somers is still gorgeous.
Hm...
Think maybe they're jealous? |
