We usually can't choose the kind of human beings who end up being our neighbors, but we do harbor the hope that, whoever they are, they will at least be mentally stable and reasonable.
Of course, as most of us know, that is often not the case and some of the folks who live nearby to us are...well..just a little bit on the nutty side.
Take what happened recently to one Scranton, Pennsylvania dude who got the surprise of his life when the guy who lived in a house across the street knocked on his front door.
The 34-year-old "knocker" apparently wasn't stopping by to ask for a cup of sugar or to shoot the breeze about the latest pro football game. The reason the angry screw-ball in question was pounding on the door was because he was ticked off because his neighbor's friend had parked his car in front of his house.
When the wisely cautious fellow refused to open the door, the other man used a chain saw to get inside.
YES, A CHAIN SAW!
Fortunately, nobody got hurt, but the "Leatherface"-wanna-be was arrested for criminal trespass and attempted murder and now faces 47 years in the slammer.
